Crescere in Digitale” is the new project introduced by Unioncamere with Google and ANPAL (Agenzia Nazionale per le Politiche Attive del Lavoro). It has the aim of promoting, through the acquisition of digital competencies, the employment of young people who are not studying or working and invest in their competencies to help enterprises grow inside of the digital world.

 

Who can benefit?

Crescere in Digitale” is addressed to young people from 15 to 29 years old with Italian residence (UE or Extra-UE citizen with regular Visa) who do not work or study (the so-called NEET: Not in Education, Employment or Training). To participate it is mandatory to be registered on Garanzia Giovani.

 

What is the project about?

The project is divided into three phases.

It starts with the theoretical training made of 50 hours of lectures, practical examples, and case studies which analyze all the aspects of the web, made available for all the members of Garanzia Giovani. The lectures are realized by an experienced team, made of web professors and digital marketers. Some of the topics taken into consideration are social media management or e-invoicing.

At the end of the course, students will take an exam to verify their competencies.

The second phase is one of the laboratories. After the exam, students will be called and involved in activities with the aim of training and orientation.

The last part is one of the extracurricular training internships. These internships last six months and involve a monthly refund of 500 euros provided by Garanzia Giovani. In these internships, the young students will have the possibility to put into practice what they have learned during the first part, thanks to a personalized training plan and the constant help of the online community.

The enterprises will have the possibility to hire one or more trainees, based on the regional prescriptions, without having to cover the expenses, which are totally covered by Garanzia Giovani.
